What is a Midwife?
Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) are highly skilled independent practitioners. In Vermont state, CNMs are licensed as Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).

We provide comprehensive care to our clients. Our appointments include education, physical assessments and plenty of time for questions, shared decision making, stories and just getting to know each other.

What are the benefits of having a midwife for maternity care?
Midwifery care provides a more personal and individualized approach to maternity care. There are many benefits to choosing a midwife as your care provider.
Can I get a same day appointment?
For urgent issues we are able to schedule same day or next day appointments depending on acuity.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept insurance. We are in the process of credentialing and contracting with insurance companies to be in-network.
We work with a billing company to process claims. Contact us for more info.
